This Final Report summarizes work that was carried out on
National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP)
Project 12-70 Seismic Analysis and Design of Retaining Walls,
Buried Structures, Slopes, and Embankments. This project involved
an effort to develop analysis and design methods and
recommended
load and resistance factor
design (LRFD) specifications
for the seismic design of retaining walls, slopes and
embankments,
and buried structures.
