    Hello,

    I am unable to obtain the code because the ID shows as “Not Available.”

    I followed all the steps explained in the video. I compressed the App.app file and opened the software as instructed, but the ID still did not appear.

    I also temporarily disabled my antivirus and replaced the required files, but the issue remains.

    Could anyone please assist me in resolving this problem?

      I think the Windows version is the problem.

      I have Windows Server 2022 and I'm experiencing the same issue.
