    TwinMesh™ is a standalone mesh generator complementing Simcenter STAR-CCM+. Together, TwinMesh™ and Simcenter STAR-CCM+ enable users to perform robust and efficient CFD modeling of rotating PD machines, such as scroll and screw compressors, blowers, vane, lobe, and gear pumps, as well as vacuum and progressive cavity pumps. TwinMesh™ creates high-quality hexahedral numerical meshes for rotating PD machine tool chambers and enables a fully automated simulation setup workflow within Simcenter STAR-CCM+.

    TwinMesh automatically generates high-quality hexahedral meshes for rotating work chambers of rotary positive-motion machines, such as screw, spiral, vane, and gear machines. When combined with Simcenter STAR-CCM+, this enables reliable and accurate CFD modeling.

    Automatic generation of hexagonal mesh for all rotor positions before simulation

    All necessary meshes for discretization are generated automatically. Furthermore, the numerical quality of all meshes can be checked before modeling.
