Hi! I requested a registration file in March, installed and activated Exocad at that time, but now when I open it, a window with the HWID appears, and when I click on it, the window freezes.
I wanted to find my previous message so I could download the registration file again, but for some reason I can’t find it. As far as I can recall from the records I was able to recover, it was on March 19.
Could the problem be caused by the fact that I added a second SSD to my laptop? It is now my D: drive. Exocad is still installed on the C: drive, just as it was before. The only difference is that the capacity of the C: drive has increased because I merged the partitions into one.
Please tell me what to do!
