    Hi, I'm getting this error. What could I be doing wrong? I tried blocking the firewall for all the bluesky folder,
    but the software can't connect to the license server and won't start.
    Any ideas?

          Excuse my ignorance, but I'm having trouble. After inserting the key and activating, the activation screen disappears, and when I click the desktop icon to open the application, it opens the activation page again to insert the key.
