It is not direct but you have to change the extension first to .rar then it will be shown as a compressed file which included folder named XL inside this folder there is a file vbaproject.bin the trick is in this file you need to take it out and open it by a hex editor and only change a single letter and save it then replace this file in the original place and replace the .rar to the original extension . Now you can open the file and go to the vba protection and put your preferred passward and save the file and close it. Now it is yours you can open it and even to remove the passward protection. this is the method for what you are asking about
