CSI SAFE is a software package for designing reinforced concrete floors, foundations and foundation slabs. Every aspect of the structural design process, from the creation of structural geometry to the production of drawings, is integrated into one simple and intuitive SAFE PC workspace. The model is created using intelligent drawing tools, or using import options from a CAD system, spreadsheet or database. Slabs or foundations can be of any shape and can be circular or curved. In both slabs and beams, post-stress (tension on concrete) can be modeled. Floor slabs can be flat and also have ribs in one or both directions. Columns, braces, walls, and slabs that connect the floor to the top and bottom floors can be included in the model. Walls can be modeled as straight or curved in plan.
