How to fix the photoshop CC 2020 error on mojave & catalina, Some of the application components are missing from the Application directory, Please reinstall the application." every time I attempt to launch the application (see screenshot below).Windows PC can fix easy by adding locale folder on photoshop directory ,MacOS has not able to fix,did uninstall using adobe cleaner apps ,clean the working directory ,installed the latest 21.1.3 version,
Please guide any body has the same kind of issues ,please share your knowledge .
