Post earth quake rehabiltation and reconstruction
PREFACE
US and PRC have a long record of bilateral symposia/workshops on multiple hazard mitigation, particularly in earthquake engineering. As a result, a number of cooperative research projects have been successfully conducted by leading scholars in both countries. Based on the US/PRC Protocol Annex III Program, the Symposium/Workshop on Post-Earthquake Rehabilitation and Reconstruction was held May 24-27 in Kunming, Yunnan, China.
