PipeFlow Expert 2016 v7.40
Pipe Flow Expert is an application for the design and analysis of complex channel networks, where flows and pressures must be balanced for hydraulic calculation of the aircraft. Designed to help engineers analyze and solve a wide range of problems where the flow and pressure drop across channels / networks should be determined.
Pipe Flow Expert will allow you to design and calculate a complex pipeline system, analyze the features of the system, during the flow. Calculates a balanced steady-state flow and pressure conditions of the system. This will allow you to perform analysis of various channel system designs under different operational modes.
Features of Pipe Flow Expert:
Pressure drop at stacc. the flow is calculated by the Darcy-Weisbeck method (determines the amount of frictional pressure loss when moving fluid in pipes).
The pipe friction coefficients are calculated using the COLEBROOK-WHITE equation.
Database with common liquid and gas data.
Channel database with shared channel materials and sizes.
Database Details with spool valve and data on their correct installation.
