في بعض الحالات يكون لدينا ملف اكسل نسخة قديمة قبل اوفيس 2007 ولكنه لم يتمكن من فتح الملف لانه يستخدم اوفيس 2007 او 2010 وما فوق والعكس صحيح لربما تريد فتح ملف اكسل جديد وانت تستخدم الاوفيس القديم 2003
